Buying Suspected Former Meth House For Flip
I am looking at a HUD house in Michigan that has a condemned sticker on it. The word thus far is that there "may" have been a short lived meth lab in it.
Can HUD sell a condemned home? What does it take cost ot get a hazmat service to come in and clean and certify the home as safe?
Anybody have any experience with such houses?
