Question About Acquiring A REO Condo...
When you get condos thru REO, is there usually a problem when you go to either rent the condo or sell it? I mean from the HOA standpoint? If I get a condo that way, will I have a problem from the HOA if I try to do anything profitable with the property? quinn

Some of them have rules about rentals, etc. Check to see what the rules are before acquiring one.
