What Is The Difference Between BPP And Commercial?

Hello All,

Looking at the Dallas County appraisal records...it looks like there are properties labeled as BPP - business personal property. Anybody know what the difference is between BPP and commercial?

What ramifications are there if a property is BPP...can it be converted to commercial, is there more regulation about acquiring such property, anything else?
