Frankly as a Real Estate Broker I fill out those forms for you and it is included in my fee which is paid by the bank with which you are dealing.
I do not feel that the forms are complicated, it is not as they pointed out rocket science..
I think ownership of a Hp 12C calculator might be of some assistance, but I hate to brag but my Abacus which sits always alongside my computer is good enough to do all the calculations, so if you are into sliding beads thats what you can use. I have moved on and I use a Hp 12C, and dats da truth.
For those of you who do not use a Real Estate Broker for the dumb things like calculating and writing up your offers and doing the BOP (Brokers Opinion of Property) and the occasional appraisal and the comps and all the other stuff. I suggest you sign up for the course, take it for one month, download everything you can including the telephone numbers of those two gorgeous girls, then duplicate the forms, scan them in and set them to fill on screen. Just do that and generate your own from that time forward. I would then write them a letter of thanks.
As to their advice. Forget it, learn the mores of your own contacted Bank REO people, remember they do change all the time. High failure rate in that department and no career banker wants to stay there. Too much risk....
Remember this game is changing evey day. So you stay on top they are not right up to date. The only person that is is you making the offers.

I can't stand these site that start charging All keep saying its maintaining cost. it's all bullshit. It's call Greed!! So many sites out there plus new ones starting up each day to get the same info
