Since 1986, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has opened the doors to the region’s most impressive new homes through its annual Parade of Homes. This free, self-guided event offers the public a unique chance to tour newly constructed homes and experience firsthand the creativity, quality, and diversity of residential building in coastal North Carolina.
