NJ Water & Sewer Liens

As a general rule, are the NJ water and sewer tax liens less of a hassle and quicker return of your investment than the real estate taxes? Especially for those homeowners that are not delinquent on their real estate taxes? I think some people simply object to quarterly or yearly charges, but eventually we all must pay them in one way or another.

typo, federal tax liens. Liens placed by the IRS for non-payment of taxes.

liens junior to the property tax lien do not have to be paid.[ Edited by cjmazur on Date 06/14/2005 ]
