Notice: Bird dog in Jacksonville Florida. I've located 5 minor rehab empty properties in a prospersous neighborhood. I'm willing to do the leg-work to get any and all information needed by an investor. TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED! In short, I'm looking for investors to GIVE this information to so I may learn the techniques to purchase future properties.
