Way To Go Idaho!
I am new to investing and live in Boise, Idaho. My business plan includes flipping and/or being a bird dog for property investors who wish to retail. I am looking to establish contact with local investors and find what they are looking for in a property, so we might be able to do business together.
Anyone out there???
Look for a local club. Boise is a fair sized city. I am sure there are investment clubs where you can meet other Boiseians who RE investors.
Yep- I already belong to the club, but I am seeing if there are any others out there outside of the club. I really want to network with as many people as possible.

Good plan, try posting ads in the local newspapers from time to time and see how that pans out. Good luck
