Lease Option Offer To Live In
I need help making a good lease option offer on a home I would like to live in.
The sellers have not put the property on the market yet, but the agent they plan to use mentioned the property coming available to me, and allowed me to view it. The sellers have already moved to Arizona due to job relocation, and they are carrying two mortgages right now. The house will be listed for $749K and comps in the area are for 650K to 850K.
Can you help me set up a good lease purchase offer.
