Starting A Closing Company Only
Can anyone advise me on the stats of just a closing company in the state of AL? I have now dove off a cliff, I have purchased my software and I have purchased the E&O and all of the documents needed, business license, etc. However I am not an attorney and I do not intend on writing title. I have been doing closings for 11 years for attorneys and I am a certified notary and I am fully knowledgeable in the real estate closing business. I just need to hear from someone that it is a good business move.
