Ok I was going to school this fall for Business but I can get a real estate license real quick and cheap. Now is this a good idea? What will I learn about wholesale if any? Will I learn all the lingo you guys use? But above all else will I learn to buy a house or wholesale it to an investor? All help will be greatly appreciated...

Some of my agent REO buddies on the west coast say asset managers are changing almost monthly there. They seldom finish a deal with the same REO AM.
Probably a huge headache but apparently a growing job demand. According to them lack of experience is not an issue.

Think of the job function, not the title.

w/ a MBA I think it would be doable, w/ a bs/ba, add Jr or assistant to all the titles.
