Need Help Getting Started In The Paper Business
Hi everyone!
I 'm really interested in getting started in the mortgage note business. I learned a small amount about it in a real estate investing course i took asbout a year ago. I kept putting off getting involved but now I decided I'd really like to give a go at this.
I went down to the courthouse to look up prospects, but it was fruitless, i kept finding institutional loans. Are there better resources i can make use of? and where could i find more information on investing in mortgage notes? So far my knowledge of the industry is fairly vague.
