Need Bird-dogs For Atlanta, Mainly Intown!

Hello. Need some good bd's for intown neighborhoods (such as any City of Decatur, Kirkwood, Edgewood, Grant Park, East Lake, East Atlanta)- for houses that need rehabbing (any amount of - can be really bad) OR really anything that could also be wholesaled... Would also consider some closeby ranch types that need mainly cosmetics....please leave a way I can contact you,
