Looking For Mentor In Houston, Can Pay $2500 And Split Deals ...anyone?
I havn't come accross too many posts from Houstonians but it seems there must be some out there. I live in Montgomery county and am ready to jump into investing here before I move back to Arizona in a year or less. I have done my homework by reading about 20 books over the past year, and have prepared financially. I could really use the help of an experienced investor to help me with some of my first transactions. If anyone is feeling kind enough and is interested in lending their knowledge please let me know. Go to the next RICH meeting. It is usually the first Sat of each month, but in Jan they have moved it to the 10th. They meet at U of H main campus Hilton Hotel at 8am. Even if you live in Mont. Co. - VERY worth while! Hope to see ya there.
