Loctaion Statistics
My husband and I are just starting so we are Newbies. We were told there are statistics done that tell you, average houshold income, family size, % of adults vs. children, employed vs. unemplyed, etc in certain areas you are looking to purchase an investment property. Does anyone know where to find this info or if it even exsists? :-?

This data can be found at your local Chamber of Commerce and library.
Just a thought, normally investors begin in the neighborhoods where they live, because they are familiar with those neighborhoods.

You can also try the Census Bureau "QuickFacts" in case you are interested in other states as well. It gives demographics by State, County, and/or City.
