How To Find REO'S And Your Own COMPS
The banks I've contacted don't seem to be very willing to give me REO info. How do you guys get bank owned forclosures/REO listings from Banks? Also, Steve mentioned in "How to find an Agent" that it is possible to find your own comps? How is that possible? Can you share with me? Thanks!

Hello Bevery, There are lots of ways to find listings of REO's and auctions. There are lots of interesting posts here on this site, but you should take the time to look thru them and then ask questions. I'm not trying to be hard to get along with, but these questions are asked quite often. If you need help finding a topic, there are lots of people here to help.
