Houston Seasoned Birddog Wanted
Looking for small apts/industrial/retail to purchase individually. Currently am a general partner for a 143 unit and 124 unit complex. We sold out of a 65 unit deal and netted our smallest investor a 90% return in less than 22 months! We have money to invest.
