Has Anyone Heard Of Trusted Solutions Enterprises?

fishbowl profile photo

I started receiving unsolicited emails from a company in California called Trusted Solutions Enterprises, Inc. Has anyone heard of them?

They are offering to assign deals, using a pitch that is reminiscent of the one that Princess Properties switched to just before they shut their doors. Given that Trusted Solutions Enterprises, Inc did not incorporate until 7/27/05 it could be the same folks.

Thanks,
Fishbowl

    gobelly,

How many deals have you done after going to these "bootcamps"?

A lot of money to spend for info you can easliy find in books at the library, TCI, web browsing or joining a REI club.

99% of the folks that go never do a deal.

    Hoober,

Although I havent been to a bootcamp I can sure see the reason they are valuable.

If you ever see Anthony Robbins speak its hard to leave without having an "I can Kick A$$" attitude..

I imagine it would be the same for the camps...

I agree boot camps can motivate some people. But I have found that the information given at boot camps can be found and/ or learned free. A friend of mine and I went to our first real estate seminar given by Marshall Reddick. That was three years ago. Since then we each have been investing in real estate. She has attended boot camp after boot camp after bootcamp. I only go to the freebies and learn on my own as I go. Her way works for her and my way has worked for me. And we both have been happy with our progress as real estate investors.
