I'm a newbie -- have some foreclosed properties on which I'm seeking info. I would like title info. (I have an acquain-
tance who is a title officer -- who never returns my calls or emails.)
Can someone provide info. or referral as to how I can get title info. Thx.........
Why are you spending time with title info. You should have the seller (which will be a mortgage co or bank) pay for a title policy to guarantee title.
Also, get another friend at another title company. They really can be good contacts to have if they call you back.
