Chicagoland Bird Dog Looking For Investors
I am located in the Chicagoland area and want to start by locating deals for investors.
I have been studying the market for a while and am familiar with Chicago southside, westside, eastside, west surburb, and south surburb.
I am able to locate lots of deals but have no money to invest myself. Any buyers out there?

Include stuff like type and description of property, what section of Chicago, price, condition of property, whether you have an estimate or ball park figure of repair cost - stuff like that.
Also, let me know what your fee schedule is and whether you have a bird dog agreement already prepared.
