Bird Doging For An Investor ? How
i want to know how to hook up with a REI in the west palm area that i can either help, partner with, learn from or work for . i want more hands on experience . im working on purchasing my own residence right now and but with limited funds. can anyone lead me in the right direction
Best places to start are
1) at your nearest REIA meeting. This is where the investors are, so you need to be too.
2) by calling the "we buy houses' ads in the paper and talking with them. It is hit and miss here as many will be new themselves, but it'll still get you on the right road.
