Bird Dog Needed In Southern California, Los Angeles
I still need a bird dog in the LA area. I had some takers in a prior posting on this web site but they appear to be occupied.
If I may, let me emphasize that I need someone who is serious about bird-dogging to respond to this ad. I dislike using the “serious” line because I assume everyone here is serious. However, my prior experience led me to that extreme.
I am willing to work with individuals who are just starting out as long as you have ambition and you like to build mutually beneficial relationships. One deal will not make either of us wealthy. If we work together and close multiple transactions I will reward appropriately.
I seek single family or multi unit properties in the beach cities(Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan), Palos Verdes, Torrance, El Segundo, San Pedro and Carson. I am open to other areas of Los Angeles County if there is a viable opportunity.

Is there really anything on the MLS worth pursuing?
Do you have any other sources for homes?
MLS is hot retail market, I am pursuing other avenues for deals. What are you doing and looking at.

To tell you the truth I have not been looking at much these days. Not enough time to do the leg work.
