Bird-Dog Dilemma -- Can You Share Property Pictures

tobehappyin2000 profile photo
I took a REI rehabber along with me to look at a property that I'm potentially bird-dogging to a buyer. I took pics to email to my buyer etc. The rehabber asked for pictures also because he's interested in the property.. As a bird-dog is this an acceptable practice or should I hold the pictures until the 1st buyer accepts or declines the property? 8-/ I want to do what's right and ethical. [addsig]

Do you have signed agreements with the investors PRIOR to sending information? We hope so.

Get stuff in writing. That way, you can't forget what was said and who agreed to do what.

giving them the pix is fine. I have my bird-dog give a whole lot more info than that. as long as you both signed on the dotted line, your good.

    If you didn't...............get it.
