Best Cities For Cash Flow Or Appreciation
Looking for other members thoughts on the cities that they expect rental property to provide:
1) highest cash flow
2) highest appreciation over next 10 years
Ideally would like to both, however, I expect that top cash flow areas will not be the top appreciating areas.
Your thoughts on both would be great.
