Anyone Need An NC Bird Dog?
I have recently started my real estate investing career, and would like to work with fellow new or seasoned investors in getting or arranging good deals. I currently have limited resources and thus can’t afford to purchase multiple properties on my own. I would like to start out offering my service as a “Bird Dog” to all of you Investors who may need one. If you would like to work together, pls. get back to me with your requirements (type, price range, location, condition, financing etc.). I would also like to know what kind or terms of compensation plan you can offer. I'm mainly focused on deals in Charlotte, NC.

check and see if there is a local real estate investor club in Charlotte. I know there is one in wilmington and raleigh that would be a good way to meet alot of investors..
There definitely is...in fact, I think there may be a few. I'm going to be attending as many meetings as I can come January. Do you have any suggestions as far as networking with some seasoned veterans and finding a good mentor?
