Any Orlando Investors Out There??
I'm just getting started in investments in the Orlando area. We're currently looking at some pre-construction pricing deals as well as some potential rehabbers. Question to the group - Whats your take on renting properties while the equity grows. My one partner doesn't want to bother with renters as he exclaims "Everyone who could have signed on the dotted line in the last few years has so what there's left for renters we don't want to deal with." I'm not sure I agree but I'm on the fence with it. Do you think holding a property is better or dumping it? The Florida market is so hot that I think any property owned in this state is a good investment. Thanks to all.
