Any Known Lenders Use Vacant Land As Collateral?
Hi,
I have aquired a few buildable residential vacant lots in various states thru deed sales. All are w/warranty deed and current on their taxes and paid in full(no mort.) . All are in different major cities, im in the process of retailing them . Each are valued in the 10-20K range. Am looking to find a lender to see if I can use as a means of "soft down payment" w/ the lender for obtaining a mortgage on SHF deals that come my way.Has one "Been there-Done that" ? :-?
