"...a What Kinda Dog???"
I keep seeing this Bird Dog thing popping up every where. I actually had someone tell me that I should be a bird dog. 
What in the world is a bird dog and what does it have to do with REI? 
No one ever said anything about a pet deposit?!?!? 
Could some one fill me in on how this works and how I can make money with it?

a bird-dog is someone who "sniffs" out a bargain property and does the basic research on it (preforclosure, rehab, some numbers from seller, and maybe even a title check) once done, then you have alot of the info that investors need, so you turn around and sell it to investors for a fee<---(which is still in debate as we speak)--- you basically did a lot of the field work that most investors dont want to spend the time doing... so your like a helper for the hunter, who sniffs out the birds, brings them back for a treat, then the hunter goes and plucks and cooks them.
