1st whats the best way to find section 8 rental properties.
Are wholesalers the best way to go? What about foreclosures?
FSBO?
What about Other section 8 land lords?
Whats the best way to find Other rental properties?
I thought about finding a realtor to help me find potential rental properties, is this a good idea?
Once again, are wholesalers the way to go here?
I don't mind some rehab, but I don't have too much time and I can't pay retail if I plan to hold properties.
Are there any good Newpaper ads to post, in search of rental properties?

All of what you mentioned are excellant sources. Being in Jacksonville you have a lot of opportunities available. I would start with the realtors as there are so many in your area, any one of them should be able to help you.
