Trying To Find An Investor For A Property

While in the process of finding some subto properties I got a call for a commercial property. I have got advice on this site that for my first subto property not to mess with a commercial property. I have decided to birddog it. So my question is how would I go about finding an investor in the property? And when I find one what sort of fee should I charge? Kelly

    What sort of commercial property is it?

    If you are talking about resdiential (5 units or more) then you could find people the same way as you would for normal residential property.

    It is a building. I thought about a REI club but they don't meet for 2 weeks.
