A Strong Lead For An Investor
Dear Seasoned Investors:
What do you consider to be a strong lead for us Birddogs to come to you with.
Please give me some examples, I don't want to waste anyone's time and I want to become seasoned at this before I take another step.
I need to now what information will be VERY beneficial to you guys so I can earn my keep.

every one of us is different, but for me I require the following:
Not on the MLS (I have access to that)
70% or lower buy price from FMV
Phone number of owner, and address if they live elsewhere
Current loan amount, if any
Rehab costs, if any
Reason for selling
Pictures, lots of em, preferably digital
For a 50/50 split of the profits include the above and have a buyer with a deposit for me. Essentially have it all set up so all I do is furnish the cash, do a site visit, and you furnish all the work.
