Tenant Prospect: Financial Aid Statements As Income?

I have a grad student that is interested in my place. He wants to use financial aid statements as income to qualify. Has anyone ever done this?

    Sure, just check his grades.
    i had a one student stay 2 yrs with college loans, worked very well.
