Have a great deal available. House is post-foreclosure (listed with realtor for bank). "and/or assigns" is obviously not allowed. How do I pass this one on and take a cut or can I? Become a Realtor? Pay Cash? :-) I can sell it at 65% of ARV including repairs, so a hard money lendor would lend on it. I need to give the Real Estate agent 2 things: 1K in earnest money and a funding authorization from a bank (or a bank statement showing available funds which I do not have). Can these be done or is it too much trouble unless you can pay all cash? JohnCl
