Hi, any words of advice, encouragementon on buying property "subject to" with crappy credit? How do sellers know you are for real even assuming you make a killer presentaion? Just wondering if this is a huge hurdle before proceeding. Thanks!

    In Subject To investing you are the only one who knows you have bad credit, it has nothing to do with this investing method.
