Wholesaling For The First Time

I live in Virginia and there are alot of properties that are distressed. I was wondering if anyone has a sample contract (to be sold to an investor) with the required clauses to protect myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I assume you mean to take put the contract in your name, sell the contract to an investor and you get out of the deal right? Just check the "or as assigns" clause in any standard contract. Some also put the name on the contract as "your name or as assigns"

    Yes, like Jam said, Pending partner approval, pending partner inspection, etc.
