Which Land Contract To Use?

Hello. This is my first post as I am new to this group. My question is that I have property in Texas, my holding company (self directed IRA) is out of Colorado, I live in Georgia and the purchaser is from PA...what state land contract should I use for this transaction?

    You are correct. Out attorney informed us that the property location will dictate the contracts to use.
