What Is The Best Exit Strategy?

Our company generally tries to sell 10 of our rehabbed houses a month to a buyer who wants to become a landlord. The buyer always has great credit. Since we focus on volume - I was wondering what are some of your exit strategies when you are selling so many rehabbed houses per month. I've been thinking about going to five houses per month per buyer, which hopefully should make financing their purchases easier and quicker. Does anyone else have a different exit strategy that has consistently worked when selling a large volume of houses quickly?
