What Information To Obtain From A Motivated Seller
I am a newbie and I want to look for deals to pass on to others. Can you please tell me what information I should obtain from the motivated seller in order for a buyer/investor to decide if it is a good deal? I also would like to get some inexpensive ideas of how to find buyers for the deals (beside the local REIA and Calling we buy houses signs). Thank you :-S
