VA Seasoning Requirements

I use to know the answer to this question - but I have forgotten the answer.

Does VA has seasoning requirements or chaing of title requirements. I know FHA, but I have forgotten VA.

    i am a mortgage broker/owner here in Fl. You are correct FHA doesnt have seasoing requirements for title, and unfortunately I have never came across this on a VA loan. However Va is very much in line with FHAand should have similar or identical underwriting guidlines

    The 90-Day Rule only comes into play if your buyer is financing with an FHA loan. If he is using a conventional loan (or VA loan), there is no 90-day seasoning required.
