Title Searches Verses Title Opinions...
I'm trying to verify what I heard about in a chatroom on title searches. Instead of paying $300 per title search, I was told I can pay a bit less for a Title opinion.
I figure a title opinion wont have the gaurentee of a title search, but it will at least tell me right away if the seller is truly the owner and give me a quick run down of leins and such. Is this true? and does someone happen to know the usual rate for title opinions in cincinnati ohio?
