Title Companies - Double Closing, "Flips"
I saw under the Ron LeGrande Forum that, under "Title Companies", it was mentioned that Chicago Title does these but there was never any mention of a contact name nor branch location. Therefore I am submitting a post to inquire on if anyone can give me details of someone who will do this for legitimate deals in the Chicagoland Area.
Also, I have another post in Paper/Notes/ Mortgage Investing Forum, under "Who Can Help Me Get This Done??", that I need help with.

You should try calling the note buyers that offer the double closings. I am sure they will be able to help you. If it were in Florida I could be of more service to you.

I have the title company contact their Chicago brach only if they do not know how to do land trusts. You see the whole thing started in Chicago. They are the experts whenit comes down to land trusts.
