Submitting Offers Directly To Listing Agent

Hey all, I've got a question for you. How do you submit offers directly to a listing agent?? Originally I was going to go through my own Realtor to submit offers, but I might want to go straight to the RE agent listing the property. Can I just fax them my signed offer and acceptance form, along with my Pre-Qual letter?? Thanks for the help and Happy New Year!! Jeff

Call the listing agent directly, they will be happy to help you.

If you call the listing agent directly, in most states he becomes a transaction broker. This gives him the entire commission. You need to get a buyers agent if you want represented. Going to the listing agent WILL NOT save you the commission

You might go to the listing agent first, ask them if they will give you some percentage back as they will get all the commission, if they won't, get a buying agent to represent you and then they will only get the listing commission.

You can find a TCI member that can help you by going to the Members area and conducting a search.
