Steve Cook's Wholesaling For Quick Cash??
Has anybody ordered this manual yet and if so what they thought about it? Is it worthwhile investment to get or not? Or if there is some other material that is just as good to learn from? Please provide some feedback?
I have it and think it was well worth the money.

I know Steve. He is a wealth of information and gives practical application. All of his writings are well worth reading and using. He has a web site that I would be glad to send you. He started an investors club here and every time I come away having learned new things.
