Southern Florida
Hey guys,
I've been doing this whole "birddog" thing for quite some time. It just seems the investors are making far more on the deals that I am. So I'm going to step up. THe probelm is, I need back up. I have all kinds of leads in the southern florida area (around 100 or so..no..i really do, im not kidding you!) I bascially need someone who wants to do simultanious closings, either partner with me, or act as a hard money lender to me, so i can flip these properties. I am more than willing to profit share with any assistance (not 5% or anything little, at least 50% or more) Many of these are WELL below comp. For example, i have gotten a lead on one today, Comp is 1.2 mil, selling for 605k. I get fantastic profit opertunity, just need the help now. if ANYONE can help, e-mail me or send me a private message. Thanks
