Some Advice Please

well im geting ready to order john lockes books and just wanted to ask all of you this! I have 120k cash, in the construction biz, should i get into rehab??. also i spoke to a wholesaler today from our local (nwe orleans) rei club (i am a new member) she told me that the rehab biz was slow and most of the people like her would do it for themselfs to make the money. is this the norm ? last but not least can i expect to buy a house say 60k put 10-15k repair make atleast 15k? or should i keep learning? thanks in advance for any advice.
