Bird Doging
I've seen a few topics about Bird Dogs worrying about investors stealing their deals and not getting paid. What is the prevailing opinion about tying up the property with a purchase contract with some contingency clause to add some level of protection against "scum" investors?
Build the loyalty with the seller. Teach them to trust you, and coach them in communication in the discussions with the investor.
