Seminar or real instruction?

Some instructions, definitely not a retreat as I think of it, some really good investors who definitely give an overview of their field, each has his/her "I" story and all are there to sell their products. If you separate thoughts of their selling from their offerings, you get a good idea of the many fields of real estate investing. I enjoyed it here in Dallas, TX and went all 3 days.

I just went to the Millionaires Retreat here in Baltimore and got a great boost of energy. It is for the most part though a prolonged pitch for the products of those who are speaking. If you are interested in getting the materials of any one of the speakers then it is a great place to do so. You can even possibly go with someone and each buy one and then swap to save money. (but don't tell anyone I suggested such a thing )
