Sellers Personal Property Tax when sold house Subject to
I have a house that I took subject to, the sellers moved to Florida from Missouri. The county assessor is sending the sellers a bill for thier personal property taxes for 2003. How do we handle this? What do we do? Thanks in advance. Keith

If the county is online, you can sometimes pay online with a credit card or you can at least get the amount due and send them a check or money order. At least I can in the county I live in and some others that I know of around the country.
