Reselling New Construction

Have you ever purchased new construction & flipped it prior to construction completion? Did you list the property upon acceptance of the Offer to Purchase, with a disclosure? Does this method raise any red flags to potential buyers? I am based in the coastal Carolina area, where beach property values are still a good bargain, but are on a rapid upswing. I have gotten ahold of some new construction that is a really hot property, and am working with an investor who is interested in flipping prior to close. Any feedback is GREATLY APPRECIATED! I have learned so much from reading all of your posts! wink
