Repair Estimates?
I have a pretty good feel for how a wholesale deal works. The only big question I can think of is calculating the repair cost into the wholesale equation. How do you determine how much it will cost to fix the house? Also this is pretty much the equation right?

i use $20/ sq ft for every floor.....+ 20% / floor....if it is real bad.....fire dameage.....then you have to go like $30/ sq ft. this is in MA though. in other places may be different. not too sure
